10 Pax post to Crypt for a cool morning block workout. Always great the see some familiar faces at Crypt and a few new ones as well. Partner up in groups of 3
Partner 1 moves to the far sideline.
On go partner 1 does merkins, partner 2 does squats with block and partner 3 farmer carries 2 block to partner 1
Relay until 200 merkins and 200 squats
Next round partner 1 does lunges, partner 2 does curls
Relay until 200 lunges and 200 curls
