Today started off in the gloom with YHC wondering what happened to the stride lite crowd…
It was cold and I was feeling like a hot coffee and a nap. But persisted and good thing, a faithful PAX showed up to help start this Valentine’s Day q off right!
2 years of F3 have meant a great deal to me. The relationships and memories that have been forged will last! More than a workout indeed!
Here’s how the 2 yr. anniversary went down!

“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.”
Ephesians 6:10-12 NASB
There are a thousand attack’s that you may have to fight off in order to be the man she needs you
To be today, or
Sometimes we get sidetracked by little battles and forget the big fight
We snap to one day and realize
WE WENT FATHER THAN WE WANTED TO GO, stayed longer then we wanted to stay, and it cost us more than we wanted to pay.
That’s that sin does
And those are the attacks of the enemy, gradual slow turns in the same direction.
It’s time to get back in the battle.
No protection on the back of this armor. It was forward facing.
Not meant for retreat.
