Because of the conditions, YHC thought he would be kind to the PAX with some warm-up to ward off frostbite and get the blood pumping before the true pain began.

-Next we headed to get the blocks and back to the corner. We were joined by our good friend DeVille who unfortunately missed the fun warm-up. PAX partnered up and headed down Satchelford with one partner farmers carrying the two blocks while the second partner did five burpees and ran to catch up. Swap. Stopped at Shannon springs rd. Planks waiting on the six.
-In honor of valentine’s day at Shannon springs road, we had a little LOVE.
10 Lunges each leg, 15 Overhead press with the blocks, 15 V-ups, 10 Elf on a shelf each side with the block
– Continued down Satchelford with the blocks and farmer carry/burpee trade offs until oak hill rd. Planks waiting on the six.
-At oak hill, 15 kettle bell swings with the blocks, 15 clean and jerks with the blocks, and 15 russian twists with the blocks.
-Headed back to Shannon springs doing a mix of curls and tricep extensions with the blocks. Planks waiting on the six.
– Run to the bottom of Shannon springs. All together, ran 4 sprints to the school sign and jog to the bottom of the hill with a 5th sprint back to the blocks.
– Mosey with the blocks back to drop them off then back to the shovel flag
