Workout
Crossover into Lowes parking lot. Snake the parking lot by lunging the first two parking spaces and sprinting the remainder.
Mosey to Growler Hill. 15 merkins at the top, middle, and bottom of the hill. Then back up the hill. 15 merkins at the middle and top. Rinse and repeat except 15 BBSU at the top, middle, and bottom of the hill. Then back up the hill. 15 BBSU at the middle and top. There were too many cars coming to the new Starbucks so Mosey back to the campus
Mosey to the breezeway at the front of the school and sprint the breezeway.
Mosey to the stairs by the gym. Elevens at the stairs with Merkins at the top and BBSU at the bottom.
Mosey to the planter by the baseball field. 15 incline merkins and 15 decline merkins
Mosey to the practice baseball field and run the bases twice after your best homerun swing.
Mosey to the tennis courts. Sprint, backpedal, and slide all the lines on one side of the court for all six tennis courts.
Mosey back to the flag.
