YHC decided to reach into the IronPax playbook for today’s Q. Inspector’s Gadget was chosen and was modified to allow for time and other allowances. 1 for StrideLite – the other 6 wheeled in shortly before tee time.
Weather: nice and cool
1 minute warning, intro, no FNGs, disclaimer, prayer
Take a step back to knock out some warmup exercises:
- 15x SSHs IC
- 15x TTTs IC
- 15x Frankenstein’s IC
Mosey onto the walkway between the band field and baseball field. Crank up some 70’s tunes. Get to work.
Modified Inspector’s Gadget:
- EMOM: 2 Burpees wherever you are (working, resting, etc.)
- 50x HR Merkins OYO
- Recover, pick up 6
- 100x Leg Raises OYO
- Recover, pick up 6
- 150x Jungle Boi Squats, 2 Spoonz Style (hopefully I got that right)
- Recover, pick up 6
- 200x BBSUs and LBCs, alternating every minute
- Recover, pick up 6
- 250x Total right lunges, left lunges, air squats, calf raises (whichever exercise you did, you did 10 each then moved to another exercise)
- Recover, pick up 6
With a couple minutes to spare we did some much needed stretching. We kept the EMOM clock rolling and continued the 2x Burpees every minute until time was called. Mosey back to the flag.
