Devo: Be better than you were 3 months ago
Most of the time we tend to compare ourselves to where we were 1 year ago, 2, 5, 10 years etc.
I saw on Twitter recently to “strive to be better than you were 3 months ago”, and continue with at approach month to month, and see where you end up. This can make the comparison more tangible.
This can be obviously applies to fitness, but also Family, Marriage, Profession, Spiritually. This would also be a good description of acceleration.
