So, it’s the week(s) of the Gauntlet for 2019. Since YHC needs to be home early most mornings during the school year, what better time to enjoy some fellowship with the men of TurningPoint (after all, we all know YHC isn’t here for the workout).
It’s been said that YHC likes to run his mouth. While YHC would characterize it differently (adding the special spice that keeps the workout interesting is YHC’s favorite euphemism), there is a specter of truth in there. So, today’s workout left plenty of time for socializing for the PAX.
Conditions: Mid 50s and clear

Mosey to the block pile and everybody get a block.
Mosey to the track and count off in twos. Ones look to your left, twos look to your right. That’s your partner. [ok, so it was more of a find a partner or group of 3 kind of thing] Line up along the side of the track. One partner exercises while the other partner runs to the other side of the field.
Round 1: 100 merkins total as a pair; moving partner farmer carries both blocks across the field.
Round 2: 150 block squats as a pair; moving partner Cusaks the other block across field and back.
Round 3: 200 shoulder presses as a pair; moving partner Karaokes across field and back always facing the school.
Paused here for some Qualves (3 rds with incline merkins in between) because YHC needed a break.
Round 4: Partner one burpees while partner two sprints across and back. Flap jack.
Return blocks and all you got back to the [non] virtual flag.
