9 Pax beat the fartsack to show up for YHC’s Q at Turning Point. YHC has been DR quite a bit lately and was excited to get back out into the gloom. YHC brought a small trinket from one of the trips DR out to Turning Point this morning for the pax to try.

YHC then let a couple pax try out the toy that YHC brought. It is a pair of rings that can be separated, but it’s tricky. YHC told the pax if they could separate it in a minute, the next exercise would be easy. It didn’t happen. Mosey to the block pile. Grab a block and head to the track.
- Burpee Broad Jump across to the other side of the track.
- Mosey back around the track to the starting point.
After this, another pax was given a chance at the rings and was successful. YHC allowed this pax to call the next exercise. He decided to do shoulder press. 1 press for every two steps until the pax reach the other side of the track.
YHC then told the pax to split into pairs and one partner farmers carry two blocks to the other side of the track while the other partner does 10 merkins per set and 5 pullups(or inverted rows) per set. Then switch. Goal is to do 100 merkins per team. Time was called with about 10 minutes left, so that blocks could be put away.

1 round of Roxanne, an exercise Ken Doll called at Anchor one morning. Listening to Roxanne by The Police, perform a merkin every time “Roxanne” is said and perform a plank jack every time “red light” is said. This finished out the time for today’s workout. It was a crowd favorite.
