YHC likes to layout his workout gear just before hitting the sack. Last night he struggled a some to decide to wear shorts over his tights or to forgo the shorts in effort to reduce the laundry load. YHC knew it would be wet this morning and felt it didn’t make much sense to wear the extra clothing if it was just going to get wet anyway. So, at risk of ridicule, YHC rolled out to The Arena rocking hit tights and a longish shirt to fully cover up his man bits. Well it didn’t take long for Notebook to notice and it all went downhill from there!

YHC’s first F3 workout was a beat down administered by the notorious PYT.
That workout included 31x100yd sprints plus a multitude of Merkins, Squats, Flutter Kicks, and other awful things. It hurt really bad, and from that day on I was hooked!
Today we revisited this the PYT staple WO.
Our goal was 50x100yd Sprints followed by…
10 x Merkins at the far end the 10 x Squats at the near end.
Distance covered: 3.5 Miles (YHC accidentally measured of 110yds instead of the intended 100yds)
Total Merkins: 250
Total Squats: 250
Great effort by the men of The Arena! I love to see the PAX push themselves to complete this workout. It’s one of those that you would NEVER do on your own! That’s one of the things I really love about F3. It’s so much easier to push yourself when you’ve got other guys around working just as hard as you to complete whatever the QIC dials up. Thanks for the push this morning, Men!
