These Are A Few of My Least Favorite Things

At some point fairly recently YHC experienced a moment of temporary insanity (which may not be all that temporary) and wondered what it would be like to have a workout that was a combination of all the exercises that YHC hates personally. Today Graveyard got a good sampling of what those exercises are.

YHC really hates when the Q does a Slaughter Start, so……..

Slaughter Start – 20 Burpees on Your Own

 

Mosey out to the parking lot.

High knees, then butt kicks, then stop under a light pole.

SSH X 18 IC

Slow-mo Merkins X 10 IC

Little Baby Arm Circles Forward, Overhead Claps, LBAC Reverse X 10 IC Each

Merkins X 10 on YHC’s count

TTT X 18 IC

 

Mosey past the tennis courts and then right To Triple Nickel Hill. YHC used to really hate it when Mac made us do these.

First – Curb Merkins. One hand on the curb. Do 5 merkins. Rotate 90 degrees. Continue until 20 merkins complete.

Triple Nickel –

Run to the top of the hill and do 5 burpees.

Run to the bottom and do 5 burpees.

Rinse and repeat 5 times.  5 X 5 X 5 yields the triple nickel.

 

Mosey to Tennis Court Hill for some elevens.

Carolina Dry Docks at the bottom X 10

Run backwards up the hill to the 2nd light – Jump Squats X 1

Rinse and repeat down to 1 Carolina Dry Dock and 10 Jump Squats – had to cut it a little short so we could get to the stadium for more fun!

 

Mosey to the football field

Line Up on The Goal Line

Wheelbarrow with partner to 50 yard line, stopping every 10 yards to do 10 merkins. Swap roles when necessary. Seems like something Clipboard made us do for 100 yards one time. Really hated that one.

Broad Jump Burpees back to the goal line.

Find a spot on the wall in the corner of the end zone.

Wall sits. YHC doesn’t really hate this, but everyone needed a breather.

Balls To The Wall – YHC REALLY hates this one – shoulder pain.

YHC hated that we did not have time for the Tunnel of Love or Railroad Tracks – maybe we can do those at Crypt!

Head up the stairs, stopping to do Calf Raises X 10 IC.

Russian Twist X 18 IC

The last exercise is the one that YHC always does and one that he really hates because of the reason we do it, but it is also YHC’s favorite because it is done to remember Cheech.
