6 Pax joined YHC in the gloom of Tomahawk for an introduction to the Cyclone. The mumblechatter was minimal due to the absence of the Pax who is not easily impressed. YHC did get the opportunity to do a normal COP to start the activities, per the F3 standard, without continuous harassment. No time today for chitter chatter let’s get to the thang…

and finally to The Cyclone!!!
Pax circle up and start doing burpees AMRAP style
first Pax breaks off to procure a pair of bricks
upon returning he does repeating sets of:
Curls for the Gurlz x 10
OH Press x 10
OH Tri extensions x 10
Next Pax goes to retrieve his bricks until all Pax are bricked up.

- Although it was a small crowd this morning we had a good time and YHC got to meet some new Pax. Hard work was done by all.
- T-claps to the solo Strideliter oh wait that was YHC, nevermind!
- YHC had planned to throw in a Ranger inspired ladder but things got thrown off by the immediate need to secure the AO’s blocks from the destruction site of the baseball field.
