Mosey to parking lot to pick up Spudsie
Indian run around parking lot for 3 laps, pax in back run to front with Spudsie (hot potato), hand off to each pax down the line. If timer goes off while you are holding, do 1 burpee and then catch the line.
After Indian run, 2 burpees and then mosey to the wall
At wall, complete 10 incline merkins, 10 decline & 10 dips. Rest for 10 seconds and then rinse and repaeat X 3
Mosey to Reaper Hill
Run down hill, lunge between each set of lights, 5 burpees at the bottom; run up the hill, bear crawl between each set of lights, plank for the six. Repeat with 10 burpees. Repeat with 5 burpees.
Mosey to wall, repeat wall exercises from above X 3
