Such a Scotch workout

12 pax defied the Friday Fartsack and chose to spend their morning at Urban Legend.  It was a good decision, work was done and fun was had.

Disclaimer and Prayer

The Workout:

Mosey to the amphitheater and meet at the bottom of the stairs.  11’s is the exercise.  Bobby Hurleys at the top, V-ups at the bottom.  To get to the top, walk with your hands over your head and take the big steps (seats).  On the way down, complete 1 merkin per step.  This took a lot longer than anticipated.

Mosey back towards the big parking lot of Urban Legend (County building).  Keep mosey-ing to the very bottom.  Weave all parking islands until you get to the shovel flag.  On the left side of the parking lot, do 5 Bobby Hurleys.  On the right side of the parking lot do 5 V-ups.  Anytime a painted walkway was passed, we did 1 merkin.
