So YHC is intrigued by the new Friday BC in Lexington that uses the town as its playground and has plans to try and head that was as soon as he can. The thought of bringing a similar type WO to the Smokehouse boys has been on my brain and this morning they guys obliged me on my attempt at Smokehouse’s #UrbanLegend. A call to some of the missing pax was put out on the DM board and kudos to Cootie for answering the bell and posting. And since blocks were part of the gameplan YHC had already loaded up and stashed his truck on the morning’s route which meant a short SL back to the shovelflag. BTW, I hate running!

Out the parking lot and back up the hill on Mitchell St to the top of campus where we stopped at the building project and circled up.
TTT x 10 IC and lets move on plenty more to see
Line up for Indian Run at this point and continue up Mitchell St taking a right at the Library (what is that, a place with books-never heard of it), continue Indian Run until we reach the Rec football field, hit the bleachers (which were still under about an inch of water/mud) for some Dips IC. Then across the field to YHC’s awaiting truck filled with some blocks, pick a winner and a partner and back to the field for DORA w/blokcs. 100 Naplams, 200 Am Hammers #Moist™, 300 Squats. Once completed, blocks up and mosey to the Leisure center parking lot. Head to the starting line for some Bear Crawl suicides. Bear Crawl to first line then Crawl Bear back, BC to next line and CB back and so on and so forth. Now, on your six for LBC’s IC and a round of Plank-o-rama. Time to start the trek back to the shovel flag so head out Highland Ave back to Mitchell St and back towards SF…hey lets stop at the school’s building project one more time on the way back as I see the buses warming up. Circle up again and Shankopotomus(R) calls Superman’s which was probably funny to the bus drivers but hey lets really give em something to laugh about with a final ovation consisting of Monkey Humpers- mumble chatter ensues. Back to SF and Time called, twas nice to get out and spread our wings a bit this morning, maybe more to come at a later date.
