Great turnout from the men at Shawshank. I enjoyed listening to some of the P200 stories and have HC’d for next year. These guys know how to push the limit during each workout and helped me push past mine today.
Conditions: 47˚, no wind
Mosey across the bridge and to a dark field.
Side straddle hop x 20 IC
TTT x 10 IC
Burpees x 20 IC – special treat having Ken Doll lead this portion. Now that I know how to count, I will handle this in the future. “If you can’t Q it, get someone else to do it” – Buzzsaw (inspirational as always).
Grab a block and line up on the sideline:
Borrowed this workout from The Hollow and added a twist:
(CMISS) – Curls for girls, Merkins, Iron Crosses, Squats with block, Shoulder Presses x 20
Jog to midfield, do 1 burpee, jog back.
CMISS x 19 followed by a jog and 2 burpees. Rinse and repeat removing one CMISS rep and adding one burpee until time is called.
My count totaled 119 CMISS reps were completed and 28 burpees. Some of the guys crushed it and completed an additional round.
Return blocks to pile
Mosey back to shelter area:
LBC’s x 30
Flutter kicks x 30

Joshua 1:9 – Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
