THE THANG: mosey to the 4 pole concrete alley, stop and do calf raises when someone trips on steps. Line up at first pole and we did a Calf raise-toe raise-and a squat in cadence x10
Lunge to next pole 10 squats IC reverse lunge to next pole 10 jungle boi squats of course (2 spoon style) reverse lunge back to start. Mosey to block pile and grab 2 blocks. Line up on track and perform 25 big boy sit-ups, 25 leg raises, 1-1/2 minute good form plank, 50 American hammers, 50 X factors, 50 lbc’s, and 50 flutter kicks. Then farmers carry down track. Stop and 20 tricep extensions, farmer carry, stop and perform 20 curls with overhead press, farmer carry, stop and 10 decline merkins, farmer carry on way back, spread blocks and 10 wide merkins, next stop 7 diamond merkins, wrap up with 5 man makers! Mosey back to flag
