Conditions: 38 and Nippy
November 14, 2017 is a date that will live in infamy for F3 Smokehouse. It was the day of the much hyped Urkel/Khakis co birthday Q. This was huge, Khakis had to beat a year’s worth of fartsacks to be there. Many notables from all over F3 Nation were expected, especially Grout. He and Khakis are besties. They have competed in spartan races and co Q’ed several events together. And Urkel saved Grout a lifetime of embarrassment by filling in for him on the BRR team. Surely he would be there, it’s the least he could do for their birthdays.
Much to their dismay Grout planned a “puntback game” on this sacred day and poached a couple of Smokehouse pax to attend. Urkel and Khakis were crushed, so much that Khakis could not beat the fartsack today.
In an attempt to lift the spirits, YHC dug up a BB from a much happier time when Grout co Q’ed with Khakis at Smokehouse. Trying to help them remember the good times, here’s what went down.

THE THANG
Mosey to ticket booth for a little polecat. Do 1 burpee at first light pole and add 1 at each light pole all the way to the entrance. There are 10 light poles so that equals 55 burpees done by the end.
Now that we were warmed up. Mosey to the parking lot where there were 4 cones set up 10 yards apart for 30 yards. Round 1: 10 Carolina Dry Docks at the 4 cones and lunge in between. Then run a suicide. Round 2: 10 merkins at the cones bear crawl in between. Then suicide. Round 3: 10 merkin shoulder taps at the cones and broad jump in between. Run suicide. Rounds 4 thru 6: Rinse and repeat doing 8 reps.
