This was YHC’s second Q at The Arena, but this one was much better weather! Everyone likes to say the mumblechatter is good wherever they’re posting, but Notebook really brings his A-game every time. YHC thinks its rubbing off on the other PAX, lots of experts ITG this morning.

Also, #TCLAPS to Quest for performing diamond/close grip merkins when all that was asked were ordinary merkins. Triceps made of steel cord.

Quick mosey for warm up, circle up on concrete pad

SSH x40 IC
MTC x30 IC
TTT x20 IC
LBACx10 IC
OHC x10 IC
LBAC Rev x10 IC

Partner up in 3’s —

1’s start at station 1, 2’s start by running to station 2, 3’s start at station 2

When 2’s reach station 2, 3’s run to station 1, 1’s run to station 2, etc.

When any runner encounters a single lighted cone on the loop, perform 1 burpee
Sprint last straightaway to station 1. Loop is roughly .25 mi

Station 1: merkins x300 as a team
Station 2: LBC’s x500 as a team

Break for agility — find parking lines

Front/backs x50 (across and back is 1)
Side/side   x50 (across and back is 1)
Speed skaters x20 IC
