1st round 20 burpees
2nd round 15 burpees
3rd round 10 burpees
4th round 5 burpees
- start on block on the high side of the 3 wide pull-up bars and work across to a block on the other side without touching the ground.
- Repeat by starting on the low side and working up.
- Start on high side and use hanging towels to traverse. Must slide the towel from on end of the bar to the other then transition to the next bar.
- Repeat towel transfer from the low side.
Mosey to the front of the high school
11s up the hill. Merkins at the top. Horizontal pull-ups on the gate at the bottom
Move to the lattice by the picnic tables. Same traverse pentalty as before.
- Cross the lattice like monkey bars
- switch overhand / underhand Grip on each small bar.
- Turn sidways to traverse
- Turn backwards to traverse
11s with bear crawl up and crab walk down. Carolina drydocks at top, v-ups at bottom.
