The Thang:
Mozey though the parking lot around to the staff lot and circle up:
- SSH x 10 IC
- IW x 10 IC
- LBAC x 10 IC each way
- SloMoSquats x 10 IC
- SloMoMerks x 10 IC
Mozey through the portables to the breezeway and grab a column.
- Peoples Chair
- Arms out / Arm out Front / Arms up
- Raise the roof x 10 IC
- Recover then BTTW
- Rinse and Repeat (mostly – with arm claps out front x 10 IC)
Before BTTW, mozey to planter and hold plank position
- 5 Merkins OYO
- Plank walk to R x 5 OYO
- 5 Merkins OYO
- Plank walk to L x 5 OYO
- Moving Merkins to R x 5 OYO, R&R back to the L.
Mozey back to Columns, Rinse and Repeat PC and BTTW, Mozey to the steps and grab a step
- Calf raises x 10 OYO x3 (Straight, Toe out, Heals out)
Line up on track and run 1 lap Indian Run and Back to the steps, Rinse and Repeat Calf work x 15, then IR back to corner near playground, then to the block pile to get a block and line up on the basketball court.
- Block Merkin / Squat / Curl / Press / Triceps / Lunge across the court
- Body Rows x 20 OYO on the play ground
- Block curls x 10 OYO
- Block Press x 10 OYO
- Block Triceps Ext x 10 OYO
Rinse and Repeat the block sequence back across the court, adding 1 rep to each exercise…. most got to 4 reps
Return Blocks, and mozey back to Track, and take the long way back to steps.
Calf Raises up the steps, 1 per step, Toes Straight bottom set, Toes out middle set, Heals out top set.
Mozey back to SF for for a quick set of Boat-Canoe
