7 PAX posted Tread for some rucking and bell swinging. With talks of a Booster/ Taylor Swift sequel to two weeks ago, it appeared as if it wasn’t in the cards when Thumps Up sent a pic to everyone that he was at a high school reunion til late. Based on the pic, F3 is really doing wonders for TU compared to the rest of the graduating class. Anyway, Canseco saved the morning and came through in the clutch and had the tunes flowing…. a little T Swift, a little Hootie, a little of this, a little of that, etc….
The usual route toward Publix was the rucking portion of the morning, then the bell portion had a little bit of everything, included but not limited to:
– chest press to fail, curls for girls to fail, tricep ext, shoulder press, tapalms, elf on a shelf, swings, lunges, squats merkins, rows, BBSU with press simba style, Napalms, and a couple other exercises I know I’m forgetting.
5 min of Gumby and we called it a day.
