YHC has posted hundreds of times, and has countless Qs on his resume, but was hitting a writer’s block last night while laying in bed at 9:30 reading Back Blasts and trying to plan a WO. (The PAX mentioned that you should be watching other thangs besides Back Blasts while laying in bed late at night… We’ll leave it at that.)
Several times YHC has posted to an OGs WO where there was no actual WO plan, and the WO became one that is remembered. It was time to give this a go… Here’s what happened:

Start with 1 Curls 4 girls
OHC a block to the 50.
2 OHP
Jail Break back to the goal line and grab the second block
3 curls for the girls
OHC the second block to the 50.
4 OHP
Farmers carry both blocks back to the goal line
5 Curls 4 Girls
Rinse and repeat until both blocks have traveled to the 50 3 times resulting in your last rep being 12.
Round 2:
Same drill, but replace C4G and OHP with straight up Merkins.
