Mosey to the outfield
Pax then did squats at 3rd base line, mosey to 1st outfield light where they did mercans, then to 2nd outfield light for LBCs, then to 1st base line for Iron Crosses, then to backstop for calfraises x20 and back to 3rd base line in the outfield. Number of rep each lap around the outfield were done in a pyramid, starting at 10 reps, then 15, 20, 25, 20, 15, 10 and 5 reps coodown.
Mosey to driveway of Riverbanks Elementary School for 3 holes of frisbee golf. 1st hole was stop sign at far end of parking lot of Riverbanks; 2nd hole was last light post at Northside Middle School parking lot; 3rd hole was Howard Park sign.
