Notebook’s last Urban Legend Q

The best Friday bootcamp title took a hit this AM when Notebook took the reigns at Urban Legend. While last week’s QIC, Bulldog, is known for his preparedness, meticulously setting the scene well in advance of his duty, Notebook is the opposite. He plans as the the pax run needlessly around the AO. The juxtoposition between the two 2 QICs is striking.

Who knows what he did this AM…it was all just random and weird…and the cadence was too fast..and we did Side Straddle Hops 40 minutes into the workout…and the boat had no canoe…and the canoe had no boat….and we did way too many line jumps. What we do know: It was fun and we laughed and some hard work was done. Notebook, while a terrible QIC, is a great QIC because he doesn’t take himself too seriously. He takes mumblechatter as well as he gives it. Glad to have him lead us for the last time at Urban Legend.

Below will be to the best of YHC’s recollection. Bulldog did his own thing & it was the best unspoken mumblechatter ever.
