19 Pax posted for a workout that YHC came up with recently. With attendance for the Kamikaze and PT Test slumping at the end of the summer, YHC Decided to change it up a bit. The reviews should be interesting. One thing was evident, all 3 Fs were present as the pax pushed themselves and encouraged a brother beside them. Here is what went down:
Conditions: 60ish degrees with come cool light/fog Effects Going on
The Thang:
Mozey around to the back lot and Circle up for COP:
- SSH x 15 IC
- IW x 15 IC
- TTT x 15 IC
- LBAC x 15 IC Front / x 15 IC Back
Mozey to the near corner of the Track:
- 25 Squats
- 20 BBSUs
- 15 Merkins
- 10 Body Rows
- 5 Burpees
- 1 lap on the track
- Rinse and Repeat until time was called (30-35 minutes – Most pax completed more than 5 laps. Strong Work!)
Mozey back to the SF
- Boat-Canoe until the 6 arrived

Moleskin:
- 4 pax posted for some CrusadeLite warmup miles before TurningPoint. Cobains for not seeing the message from a pax who had to run solo.
- TClaps to JarJar (F3Columbia) making the trip over the river to post with us today. Glad the connection flight and TSA check-in didn’t slow you down.
- Always an honor when the Nantan Shows up. Glad to Have you post with us today, Ranger!
- Someone asked if this was from the IronPax…. YHC chuckled… maybe some inspiration from that, but no scoreboard, only Accelerating the King
