After the P200 and then Caboose’s leg destruction from Tuesday the pax were all in agreement that the legs needed some sympathy this morning. YHC even received a twitter warning the night before from a pax who won’t be publicly humiliated here. But YHC agreed with Urkle that the focus should move to our fantastic cores and upper bodies. So, we set forth in gloom to do just that.

Mosey to Ol’ Smokey
Bear crawl 1/2 way up then run to top and do 10 merkins
“Crawl bear” back down and do 10 BBSU at bottom
Rinse and repeat reducing by 1 each time until done
1 min of stretch time
Then mosey to first light pole by gate
2 burpees at first light pole then run to next pole and do 4 burpees.
Continue adding 2 through the 5th pole then run back to gate
1 min of stretch time
Mosey to light pole half way to bottom of parking lot
With partners, 100 merkins and 100 lbc’s. 1 pax starts exercise while the other runs to curb and back. Flap jack and repeat until done
Staying with partners, 50 burpees and 50 squats (couldn’t totally ignore our legs. And what, Urkle was going to leave? Nah) Same pattern as before.
