The week after a #CSAUP event is always a weird week, and a little challenging to Q. You never know how the pax are feeling. You know their minds and bodies are tired and beaten, but the pax of F3 Lexington are NEVER defeated. You see the looks on their faces during those moments when you are circling up before disclaimer and prayer, they let you know that they are ready for whatever you throw at them. YHC really likes this AO,; it’s full of solid dudes and has some really cool resources for creative boot camps. A lot of the guys are quiet by nature, but won’t be outworked, or take a backseat to anyone with mumble chatter either. Here’s what they did today.
***Conditions: 57 with a slight breeze

FNG – Ben England, Financial Advisor for Palmetto Citizens Federal Credit Union. Had on a shirt that said Deep Water. We asked him if he liked to fish. Immediately bragged that he caught 18 stripers yesterday. Appropriately named “Bankers Hours”.
