No FNG’s and prayer
Moseyed to the back of the school and warmed up.
SSH X 15 (in cadence)
TTT X 15 (in cadence)
Imperial Walkers (jacked up cadence)
Squat X 15 (on your own)
Opening Round of Play
Grab a block and head to the front of school.
11’s – Overhead block squat, run to other side, merkins
Run a lap
11’s – Curls for the Girls, lunge to other side, divebombers
Run a lap
Clean and Jerk X 15
Flutter Kicks X 15
Run a lap
Mosey over to the side of the school. Practice caddying with Bears & Block (bear crawl while pulling the block) along with a cool down of 5 burpees. PAX that forgot their gloves know why it is called Rocky Creek know.
Return blocks to their home and mosey to the playground for final round. Two reps of 5 pullups and 20 dips to finish off the spring break beach body.
As time ended, moseyed back to the flag and recovered.
