Ran Back to start 40 Squats
Run to 4th Tree – 5 Burpees
Run Back to start 40 Bent Rows
Run down to Steps
1st step do 1 calf raise
2nd step 2 calf raises
3rd step 3 calf raises
Continue until 7 Min left to return blocks and get back around
Do the math on 29 steps…Yep 435 if you were able to finish.
