So YHC was supposed to Q three times this week. However, the M’s appendix had other plans so the first stop didn’t happen. However, that meant fresher legs for the second stop…plus, every day is leg day.

Mosey over to the top of Cemetery Hill for COP
SSH x 10 IC – yeah, yeah, YHC’s looked a little funny, like a turkey with a bum wing
TTT x 10 IC
Imperial Walkers x 10 IC
Quad Stretch x 10 sec/leg
Start at the top and then run down to the first light, back up, second light back up, etc and continue till going all the way down to the stop sign and back up. Each time down, squats x 10, lunges x 10/leg, and calf raises x 10. Each time at the top, squats x 10.
**Toward the end of this, Head and Shoulders had to run off and wash his hair…thankfully he returned.
Start at the top, lunge down the length of the wall, then run to the first light. Squats x 10, then run backwards back up to the top. Rinse and repeat for a total of three rounds.
Start at the top, run down the first light, squats x 10, lunges x 10 IC, calf raises x 10 IC. Rinse and repeat at the next two lights. Unfortunately we ran out of time and had to mosey back to the flag, Ranger slowed us down.
