YHC was somewhat unfamiliar with the layout of Urban Legend and didn’t have a concrete plan going in. He felt like he’d just roll with it and develop the workout as we went. Not a great day to go in without a winkie considering the #F3MidlandsTour group showed up unannounced. The pressure was on to give the men their monies worth! YHC thinks he pulled it off. Here’s how things developed.

Run up the hill and do Merkins x 21
Run back down the hill and do LBC’s x 21
Increase by x 1 per round for 3 rounds
Mosey over the the parking garage stairs
Jump Squats on stairs to the top
Mosey back down the stairs for
Alternating lunges to the top
Mosey to the lawn in the front of the Admin Building
Bear Crawl across the length of the lawn and mosey back to the start
Mosey back around to the Main Street side of the Admin building
At the first light post lunge to the next then broad jump to the next
Repeat to through 5 light posts – Plank for the 6
Hold plank then Mountain Climbers x 20 IC
Mosey back to the main parking area for Mary (Ranger Lead)
