The Thang
Partner up, one partner grabs a block, the other heads to the track. 3 cones laid out perfectly spaced at the trees.
Partner 1 does SSH while Partner 2, bear crawl to the first cone – 1 burpee. Mosey to the second cone, 1 burpee. Mosey to the 3rd cone, 1 burpee. Mosey back to Partner 2 and switch. Total of 300.
Next same thing, but group performs 300 Bent Over Rows
Round three, Partner 1 moseys to each cone and does 5 monkey humpers at each cone. Partner 2 does block swings. 150 total.
Round 4, same thing with 150 total overhead arm press.
Round 5, Partner 1 moseys to each cone and does 5 squats at each cone. Partner 2 does Tricep Extenstion. 100 total. #crowdpleaser
One partner takes the block back to the block pile. Partner 2 moseys back to the shovel flag – the long way
