From Good Hills Come Good Stories

For some reason YHC thought this would be a good route to help with P200 training. Only time will tell that but it was fun and hard. Also enjoyable were the tales of a bloody hands car crash, cigarettes and leaking water. But water is all clean after 4 feet of flow so drink up.

The Route

The route was to head down Bernard and take a left on  Hwy 23. Follow to the split on Old Columbia and then hang a left on Bozard Mill. From this point the option was to follow Bozard and take a left on Bernard back to the Rooster or to stay straight on Bozard continuing on to Walter Shealy Rd and then back to Bernard and the Rooster. Either way the hills were challenging and good work was done by all.

Our ruckers took a very aggressive route and eventually made it back. Well done even with you “hold up”.

See you all Friday for the Rooster anniversary amrap challenge Puck has waiting for us.
