YHC has been trying to stay on the Surge Q sheet monthly, so it was time for my November Q. YHC didn’t run the normal pre BC SL this morning due to my marathon plan and duration of the run so it was a little different pulling in at a later time. It was also a little odd to see the number of cars, regardless the 4 of us put in some work to get better this morning.

Round 4 — 28 Squats at each corner. Sprint long side/Mosey short side to each corner.

Morning Call
Each PAX will have a turn calling the rep while they perform a pull-up on the pull-up bar. PAX not doing pull-ups will perform a merkin on the PAX call doing the pull-up. Each PAX performed 5 pull-ups.
