Once blocks were acquired we proceeded to principle where the pain began,

25 curls 10 pull-ups
25 donkey kicks – pull-ups
25 mt climbers -10 pull-ups
25 squat thrusters 10 pull-ups
and finally to cap it off 25 man maker burpees oh snap!
Meanwhile we took turns hoisting Kelly and keeping em from hitting the ground.
Ended the day with 5 brutal 100 yard sprints! Awesome job!
