Today YHC got to make his way over to Crypt where legends such as rocking chair makes his abode, and thanks to his whiteboard/instant q sheet, there I was!

Each PAX take a block
Thumbs up here bagan to lead the audible revolt… to no avail.
Corner 1- 10 merkins, 10 dry docks, 10 diamond merkins in succession on your own.
Corner 2- 10 Big boy sit-ups, 10 iron crosses, 10 boat canoe.
Corner 3- 10 curls, 10 over head presses, 10 tricep extensions (obligatory comment from unnamed pax about this not being a Ranger workout)
Corner 4- 10 Lbc’s, 10(4) count flutter kicks, 10 (4) Freddy Mercury.
Round one completed, slowsey lap around field
we ran it back for a second round then burned down each of the exercises for 1 minute each. During this time the mimblechatter increased and so did the modifying! YHC was caught counting but moving, corrected form until no one was looking and finished the cadence!
I had a great time with these men and highly recommend checking out rocking chairs insta whiteboard q sheet!
Alls well that ends well!
