PAX came out on what was a pleasant summer morning. I utilized my trusty card deck to help us along in what would be something new.
After disclaimer and opening prayer the workout went something like this.
Mosey to the canteen in the middle of the complex. Warm up with SSH, Tea Party toe touches, TT Tunnel, Mercans etc.
PAX took turns drawing from card deck. PAX who drew card performs exercise written on card while the others run a lap around the baseball field. Sort of a runner is the timer type of workout. When group returns the group does the exercise while the single PAX runs the lap around the ball field. Rinse and repeat. Mosey back to shovel 🇺🇸 continue drawing cards and performing stated exercise for remainder of 10 minutes left.
Good work as always by the PAX. Thankful for each of them for their participation, encouragement and support. I am a better man because of them
