Bricks and Blocks Relay

7 Pax posted this am while they were either enjoying a stay-cation or waiting for vaction to start.  YHC is still ramping back up from the P200, decided to bring a different workout than the boring ole PT Test as planned.  Blocks and Bricks were just the thing.  Work was done.  Betterness was received.

Conditions: 50s and just about perfect

Devotional: “Continuous Progress is better than delayed perfection”

From someone who suffers from the adage “Paralysis by Analysis”, this one hit me between the eyes when I heard it last week.  How many times have I/You made the statement “When ____ happens/is over, then I will ____”, waiting for the perfect time to start the perfect plan.  The application is far reaching to every area of life:
  • I’ll get in better shape when ____
  • I’ll eat healthier when ____
  • I’ll post at F3 more often when ____
  • I’ll be a better co-worker when _____
  • I’ll be a better dad when ____
  • I’ll be a better husband when _____
  • I’ll go back to church when _____
  • I’ll read my bible more when ______
  • I’ll pray more when _____

The list goes on and on.  START NOW!  Even if you don’t feel like you are ready.  A week, month, year from now, you will be farther along than if you waited until tomorrow or next week.  Rome wasn’t built in a day, and you won’t reach every goal immediately.  But you can never reach your goal or complete your task if you don’t get started.  The longest journeys start with the smallest steps.
