Conditions: Perfect for making little puddles on the tennis court
Disclaimer
Rinse and Repeat doesn’t refer to the workout details, but actually the pax. TomTom and Jar Jar, names so good they are worth saying twice (and being spelled properly). We were the only ones #legit enough to post today (I didn’t know Spring Break was for adults too). I relented on the initial plan of just going to my backyard to lay sod, so instead we focused on the core and had only 0.6 miles of mosey. Sweet!
Moseys around perimeter and to tennis court. Exercises included the following:
SSH and Imperial Walkers
Partner Dora: 75 pullups and deep Squats
Cusack with blocks
Ugly ladder: Merkin on brick/OHP, 9:1, 8:2, 7:3, etc. #crowdpleaser

- God commands it (Joshua 1:8)
- It saturates our hearts with truth, all the time (Is 55:8)
- It equips us for spiritual warfare and helps us to withstand temptation (Eph 6:17)
- It satisfies our needs (Mt 4:4)
- It fuels and equips our witness (1 Pet 3:15)
- It improves our prayer (Mt 6:9)
