  • IW x 10 IC 
  • TTT x 10 IC
  • Squats

Mozey to the block pile, grab a block and circle up on the Black Top

  • Block Swings x 10 OYO
  • BO Rows x 10 OYO
  • Block Squats x 10 OYO
  • Alpos x 10 OYO
  • Curls fer Gurls x 10 OYO
  • Shoulder Press x 10 OYO
  • Triceps x 10 OYO

Mozey over to the track, line up facing the field

  • Block Sequence Increasing from 1 rep to 5
    • Block Merks x1
    • Block Squat x1
    • Curl x1
    • Shoulder Press x1
    • Tricep Ext x1
    • Walking Lunge (each leg) x1
    • Rinse and Repeat for 2 reps, 3, 4, and 5

Mozey back to the track, with 5 Block Burpees OYO

Mozey down to the Steps and Circle up

Tater-Napalms x 10 IC

Grab a step with block on your shoulder (optional)

  • Calf Raises x 10 OYO
  • Toes Out x 10 OYO
  • Toes In x 10 OYO

Mozey up to the top of the steps and grab spot on the wall for

  • People’s Chair
    • Hands out Front (Hey-Ya)
    • Side
    • Up 
    • Out Front (Shake it Like a Polaroid Pict-chya) 

Grab your block and mozey back toward the block pile with various Set of Curls, Tris and Presses.

Been thinking about Habits.  The quarantine situation has definitely brought along new Habits.  Some Good, Some Bad.

F3 provides an opportunity to develop good habits, bricklaying, to be prepared for what comes next.

Take some time to consider positive habits that need to be started.
