Pain Train w/Block
Mosey to 1st tree, 5 squats, return to start, 2 block burpies
Mosey to 1st tree, 5 squats, 2nd tree 5 merkins, back to 1st tree 5 squats, back to start 2 block burpies
repeat for 4 rounds adding a tree each time alternating 5 squats and 5 merkins out and back at each tree, 2 burpies at the start
