15 PAX posted at Turning Point for a lightning shortened return to the gloom. YHC erred on the side of caution at about 5:24 when the thunder sounded closer and closer. Glad to be back in the gloom, we will give it another shot on Thursday
Weather- about 60, breezy, with a little lightning that got closer
COP all IC- SSH x 20, TTT x 10, Arm circles forward x 15, overhead claps x 10, moroccan night clubs x 10, dirty birds x 10, arm circles backward x 15
Mosey down to field. Count off into partners (staying 6 feet apart)
Partner 1- run to opposite side of the field, do a designated exercise, sprint back. Partner 2- do the designated stationary exercise, when partner 1 gets back swap. Partner kept track of stationary exercises and when the group was done with the reps called, blank.
Set 1- Partner 1 run, 5 merkins, run back while partner 2 did squats. Do 100 squats together
Set 2- Partner 1 run 5 bobby hurelys, run back while partner 2 did shoulder taps. Do 200 should taps (each shoulder)
At this point the lightning and thunder seemed close to YHC called it back to shovel flag.

Moleskin- good to be back boys. Hindsight is 20/20. If we weren’t doing this social distancing thing we could have waited underneath the breezeway for 5-10 minutes and resumed the workout, but better safe than sorry. Gave YHC and opportunity to jump on the zoom workout for the end of the Chedda Star Wars tribute workout. I’m a huge Stars Wars fan as y’all know. Looking forward to being back in the gloom with you guys consistently.
