The Hollow is back in action with a lil’ Cinco de Mayo

After a 54 day break courtesy of COVID-19, The Hollow got back in action today.  We got word a few days back that we could start up again at alternate locations.  Then yesterday brought more good new in that we could go back to our home site.  So we did.  And it felt great to be back out there.

Mosey towards the band practice field which happened to be locked.  Proceed on to the old practice field.  We warmed up with…

During the warmup we found that the field had a lot of stickers.  So we moved the workout down an bit only to find that area too had stickers.  So we finished the workout up on the access road.

Since it is Cinco de Mayo, I made the workout somewhat “5” based.  I wanted to get in the basics and not kill everyone since we’ve been out of our routine for so long.  Here’s how it went down…
