YHC was called out by the Hollow SF to come bring a good beatdown to the Hollow for the Bring the Ruckus Challenge. YHC humbly accepted the invitation and dug up a few best of the worst routines we have rehearsed back at Ambush over the summer. The men of The Hollow worked hard and got better under the light of a full moon. The following is what went down. Great work men.

There are cones spaced 20 yards apart down the field.
Sprint with block to first cone. 25 burpees OYO. Back-peddle to start with block. Plank Jack on the six.
Sprint with block to second cone. 50 Merkins OYO. Back-peddle to start with block. Plank Jack on the six.
Sprint with block to third cone. 75 Block Squats OYO. Back-peddle to start with block. Plank Jack on the six.
Sprint with block to fourth cone. 100 block presses, on your six, OYO. Back-peddle to start with block. Plank Jack on the six.
The Thang part 2, Elevens
Cone is 15 yards out. Elevens with Block Squat Thrusters, and Burpees.
Block Bear crawl out 15 yards, 10 BST’s; block crawl bear back, 1 burpee
Rinse and repeat until you have 1 BST, and 10 burpees.
Circle up for a nice cool down.

With recent events, I have reflected on why things like this happen and what can we do to stop it. The tragedy in all of this isn’t over when the gunshots quit. The reality is that is the beginning. Our country becomes divided by this evil action with more evil. Arguing about the why. The why is simple. It is evil. It is the work of the evil one. As believers we must speak that truth. If Satan has a grip on ones heart evil will come out. Whether its gun violence or something else. This kind of evil is new. But evil is not. When man believed the great lie and let Satan enter in, evil has followed. God wants to reconcile our relationship, but as long as we keep pushing him out of our culture this type of evil will occur. We must stand up and speak the truth. We must band together and pray persistently. We should not seek vengeance but rather show brotherly love. God is in control. Our culture just would rather him not be. That is the why, our culture has pushed God out. Satan fills that void. I pray that God will change hearts. I pray that Godly leaders will step up.
