Well, 4 years ago YHC made one of the best decisions ever and woke up and joined the men of Snake Pit for YHC’s first boot camp. YHC is a better man today than 4 years ago. F3 has helped YHC through my M battling cancer, ups and downs of life and 6 surgeries over the past 20 months. YHCs health continues to decline with some days being better than others. Often times, YHC just shows up and runs his mouth instead of a lap. The great thing is, the men still push YHC to post. They encourage me to show up and join in on the fellowship! You see, F3 IS MORE THAN JUST A WORKOUT. It is a group of men to help you through life. A group of men that push you to get better. Not just physically, but mentally as well. YHC is thankful to the men of Snake Pit and all the PAX of F3 Lexington for continuing to strive to be better men, and to push other to better themselves. YHC is not sure what the future holds, but I know the men of Snake Pit will be right there beside me!

Mosey to the block pile and grab a block.
Count off in 1s and 2s and partner up
Next up- DORACIDES
#1 will mosey to the 10 yd line do 1 burpee and back to the goal line, then to the 20 and do 2 burpees. Back to the goal line. Mosey to the 30 yd line and do 3 burpees and back to the goal line. #2 will AMRAP exercises until #1 is finished. 10 merkins each and Flap jack. 5 burpees each before starting next exercise.
Exercises:
-100 hydraulic squats (squat, R knee down, L down, R up, L up =1)
-200 Little baby flutter crunches (only count the crunches)
-300 Curls for the curls
