PAX proceeded to do Death by Monkeys exercises are listed as follows
All exercises are done within a minute and done as follows:
1 Burpee and then add 1 Burpee per minute so the 2nd minute PAX do 2 Burpee and in the 3rd PAX do 3 Burpee. This patter continues until the PAX is unable to complete the exercise within the minute. Then PAX takes one minute break and continues to next exercise.
5 Merkins adding 2 each minute until failure. Then one minute rest
10 Squats adding 5 each minute until failure. Then one minute rest
10 two count Flutter Kicks adding 2 each minute until failure. Then one minute rest
10 Monkey Humpers adding 2 each minute until failure
Not all PAX will go through each work out during the allotted time. If a PAX is unable to continue they should alternate between plank for one minute and rest for one minute.
