Back friendly workout for the boys of TP

Morning started off pretty rough for YHC. Couldn’t stand up straight due to something going on in my back so Canseco was gonna fill in and Q. However, after a little break in the action, I was able to recovery and Q as planned. T-claps to Canseco for leading the warm up.

Weather- 80ish with ++ humidity

The THANG:

Warm up with whatever Canseco did while I rested my back

Mosey to stairs for calf raises 25 each way OYO

Down the stairs- 10 merkins- bear crawl up hill- 10 merkins

Lunge to corner of track- 5 burpees

Mosey to next corner for some Mary- heel touches, knee cups, LBCs all x 20

mosey to next corner for 20 squats

rinse and repeat

Mosey to SF for some abs.
