YHC had been planning the Memorial Day Q for a while. He had something special planned for this workout as Memorial Day warrants something special. Memorial Day is a day set aside to remember the sacrifices of those gave their all, and to remember their lives. We remember so that they can live on forever through us. So we, as many others do during this weekend, tackled the Murph. We do not have enough pull up bars or vests, so we modified to replace the pull-ups with Burpees.
