Conditions: 63 and a cool breeze, 57% humidity
There is nothing quite like waking up an hour before your alarm goes off feeling fully rested, rolling over for a few more minutes of shuteye and suddenly realizing your alarm has been going off for 10 minutes and you should have left 5 minutes ago. None the less, everyone was one time and ready to work-good thing…PAX put forth a great effort, and while it was brutal, at least it wasn’t fun.

Backwards bear crawl up the stairs (real crowd pleaser, at this point YHC was asked if I came up with stuff while under the influence, hence the picture) each landing 20 flutter kicks
Run down, bunny hop up the stairs each landing 10 hindu squats
Backwards walk up the stairs 5 burpees
YHC also learned that as PAX were completing the final trip down the stairwell yelling “rinse and repeat” was not viewed as funny by the PAX, but actually nearly life threatening.
