A mini convergence with the brothers from #strutbrigade brought a total of 7 for a Saturday workout on a humid and 71 degree morning . Saturday numbers for #theherd are usually low so it was good to see additional numbers today. As promised in my tweet about the work out there would be very little running.
After disclaimer and opening prayer the work out went something like this:
Mosey to the upper part of the parking lot. Circle up warm up with TT Tunnel, hip rotations, little baby arm circles, windmills etc. Imperial walk and butt kick walk around the curve of the parking lot.
THE THANG TWO MINUTE MAYHEM
Prior to the work out I wrote a series of exercises on separate parking space curbs. PAX do exercise on curb for 2 minutes and rotate to the next curb for next exercise. After one rotation rinse and repeat for 1 minute (Imperial walkers, curls for the girls, toe taps, squats, Ray Charles, squat jumps, calf raises, triceps extension, bunny hops, LBCs, mercans etc. These are some of the 15 or so exercises which were written on the curbs. The benefits of this workout is that it is good for mumble chatter. Good work as always. Thanks strut for joining #theherd today. We owe you a visit.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
